Check us before you buy.

Door-to-door selling has earned scepticism. The answer is not a paragraph promising we are different — it is giving you the tools to check, in the order you would actually use them.

Step one

Verify the person
at your door.

Every representative carries a KAG ID. Type it in, or call the office and read it out. If somebody cannot give you an ID, that is your answer — do not buy anything from them, and please tell us.

ID checker

KAG IDs look like KAG-0001. Older PAR-0001 cards still work.

How this works

Six things you can hold us to.

Your rights on every order

Short enough to actually read.

This is not a legal page. It is the list a representative is trained against, and the list the office checks a complaint against.

Being straight about our own record

This business sells under Kyle A. Green Sr.'s own name. Searching the Paragon Sales Corp and Optimum Readers names connected to this operation turns up an unaccredited, unrated Better Business Bureau profile and an older public complaint. Renaming does not erase that, and we would rather point at it than have you find it and wonder why we did not.

Neither item describes how this operation runs today, and neither is a reason to take our word for it. It is the reason this page exists: verify the ID, get the total in writing, and keep a line to the company that does not run through the person who sold to you.

If a representative falls short of any of it, the office wants to hear about it on 702-720-7017. A complaint about a representative goes to the company, not to the representative.

Support

Reaching a human, directly.

Cancellations, complaints, a refund question or a subscription you did not expect — all of it goes to the office, and none of it has to go through your representative.
